Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dink’s Popcorn. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. This helps us ensure everything we send out is fresh, safe, and properly handled.
But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please email us at dink@dinkspopcorn.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo if possible. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch immediately so we can put it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We don’t accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (like popcorn)
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items or gift cards
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, customers may have the right to cancel or return certain items within 14 days. However, this does not apply to perishable goods like food. If you have questions about your rights, feel free to contact us.
Refunds
If we’ve agreed to issue a refund for any reason, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than that, just drop us a line at dink@dinkspopcorn.com.
