Shipping Policy

We ship snacks. Here’s everything you need to know before your popcorn heads out the door.

Where We Ship

Right now, we ship within the UK and a number of European countries. If you’re somewhere else and absolutely desperate, email us. We might be able to work something out, but no promises if you live somewhere that requires a ferry, a goat, and a week’s notice.

Shipping Options and Costs

We keep it simple

  • Standard UK shipping: £2.99, with free shipping on all UK orders over £15

  • Express shipping: Not yet. Maybe one day

  • Local pickup: Not available. We don’t have a shop front, just a kitchen full of sugar, salt, and ambition

  • Other locations: prices vary by the whims of the international courier conglomerates. We pick the cheapest, most reliable, carrier. 

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. No hidden fees. No mysterious handling charges.

Processing Times

We usually ship within 2 to 4 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower, depending on kitchen chaos levels and stock levels.

If there's a delay like low stock, high demand, or a minor popcorn emergency, we’ll email you and update you. 

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or whichever courier behaves that week. Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand it off, it’s up to the courier and whatever mood the logistics gods are in that day.

Tracking and Confirmation

You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available, we’ll include it. If it’s been more than 7 days since dispatch and your popcorn hasn’t turned up, email us at dink@dinkspopcorn.com and we’ll send out the bloodhounds. 

Lost Parcels, Missed Deliveries and Porch Theft

We’re not responsible for what happens once your parcel leaves our hands. That includes delays, misdeliveries, or someone in your house quietly eating your snacks and feigning ignorance. 

If your tracking says “delivered” but nothing’s there, check with your neighbours, staff, keepers, offspring, or house gremlins. Still nothing? Let us know. We’ll try to help, within reason.

Weather, Strikes and the Apocalypse

Bad weather, postal strikes, leaf fall on rails, heatwaves or surprise acts of fate may delay your popcorn.  Please be patient.  If we’re facing an actual apocalypse, popcorn may take a bit longer than usual. 

Address Errors

Check your address at checkout like your snacks depend on it. Because they do. If you give us the wrong one, we’re not responsible for where your popcorn ends up. Please don’t send us angry emails if it’s delivered to your ex.
