It's spicy. Like white-people spicy. So...spicy-ish. Maple, toasted pecans, butter, sugar and spice. Derived from Texan roots, elevated to London standards. Worth consuming in volume.
Pairs well with: water, beef brisket, and some light backstabbing.
Named for someone no longer liked, but the flavour was too good to bin.
