We all have one.  That neighbor.  Next door.  A fence away.  On the other side of a mountain.  On your northern border.  Sometimes though, they nail it. Pad thai. Nutty, fishy (but in a vegan way), spicy, tangy. Crisp.  Legit.

Pairs well with: beer, tuk-tuks, and sunburn. 

Named for um... someone...(*studiously avoids eye contact with Thailand...*).
